         The" Silly" Reason I First Started Keto.

I Stopped Pining Sugar, But I Occasionally Missed My Old Foods.
It's only my experience, but before I went keto, I felt constantly bloated and had frequent heartburn. My croakers told me I had IBS, but there was not important they could do about it.
